How to Cook

Before cooking the dish, prepare all the ingredients according to the instructions in the Ingredients section.

  1. 0:00 (min) Put a pot on a medium heat and add the chicken stock.
  2. 0:53 (min) Add the Galangal, Lemongrass, Onion, Chilli, Coriander Root & Kaffir Lime to a mesh basket and put into the pot.
  3. 2:40 (min) Leave on the heat to infuse for around 30 minutes.
  4. 38:44 (min) Take the mesh basket out of the pot.
  5. 39:40 (min) Tip the sea salt, caster sugar, lime juice & red onions into the pot and stir to combine.
  6. 43:45 (min) After around 3 minutes, add the mushrooms to the pot.
  7. 48:56 (min) Add the prawns to the pot and cook in the broth for around 5 minutes.
  8. 52:59 (min) Stir in the coriander to finish.
  9. The dish is ready!
