How to Cook

Before cooking the dish, prepare all the ingredients according to the instructions in the Ingredients section.

  1. Place the medium pot on one hob and the Boiling Pot on another.
  2. Fill the boiling pot 3/4’s full with water.
  3. Heat the medium sized pot on a medium heat and add the butter.
  4. Allow the butter to warm for a minute or two, then stir in the onions. Season with Salt & Pepper.
  5. Cook the onions for a few minutes until soft, stirring occasionally.
  6. Next, stir in the sausage, pepper and garlic.
  7. Keep cooking & stirring for another 9 – 10 minutes.
  8. Turn the boiling pot on to a high heat to bring the water to the boil.
  9. Next, stir the Kimchi, Gochujang & Passata into the medium pot.
  10. Cook & Stir the sauce for a further 7 minutes, then turn the hob down to a low heat to keep warm.
  11. When the water is boiling, tip the spaghetti and the salt into the boiling pot and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Just before the spaghetti is ready, finish the sauce by adding the chives.
  13. When the spaghetti has been cooking for around 5 minutes (check it is to your liking), turn both the hobs off.
  14. Drain the spaghetti, tip into the sauce pot and stir to combine.
  15. Serve immediately.
  16. The dish is ready!
