How to Cook

Before cooking the dish, prepare all the ingredients according to the instructions in the Ingredients section.

  1. Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour in the oil.
  2. Leave the oil to warm up, then add the onions & spices and stir until the onions start to soften.
  3. Next, stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Next stir in the tomatoes, spices and water. Leave the sauce to cook for around 8 minutes.
  5. Stir in the potatoes and leave to cook for around 12 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cauliflower and leave to simmer or another 14 minutes.
  7. Stir in the garam masala.
  8. Turn the hob temperature dowwn to low.
  9. Stir the pot from time to time to make sure the ingredients cook evenly.
  10. Stir in the corainder & lime to finish.
  11. Turn the hob off.
  12. The dish is ready!
