How to Cook

Before cooking the dish, prepare all the ingredients according to the instructions in the Ingredients section.

  1. Place a medium sized pot on the hob over a high heat. Pour in the oil.
  2. When the oil is hot, add the chicken and brown all over.
  3. Next stir in the onions and peppers. Stir and let cook until becoming soft.
  4. Next, stir in the mangetout & spring onions, followed by the sauce.
  5. Turn the hob down to medium and stir for 2-3 more mintes until everything is combined.
  6. Switch the hob off and serve straight away.
  7. The dish is ready!
