How to Cook

    Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour the oil into a medium sized pot

    Add onions garlic, ginger & chilli, season with salt & pepper and gently cook for a few minutes stirring intermittently

    Turn up the hob to a high temperature and add the marinated chicken. Keep stirring the meat until browned all over

    Turn the hob down to medium and add the passata, water, almond paste and spices. Stir to combine

    Bring to the boil for around 1 minute, then turn back down to medium

    Leave to simmer for around 25 minutes stirrinng occasionally until the sauce is a thicker consistency. Turn the heat to low, then add the cream & butter
