How to Cook

  1. Turn the hob on to a high temperature for the noodle water in a medium sized pot.
    Bring the water to the boil, then turn the hob off
  2. Place the mesh basket in the water and tip the noodles in. Stir the noodles so they don’t stick together
  3. Turn the hob on to a medium/high temperature for the sauce and pour the oil into a medium sized pot
  4. Add the onions & garlic and stir quickly before adding the tofu
  5. Stir quickly, then stir in the prawns & the sauce and turn the hob down to a medium temperature
  6. Stir in the beansprouts and chives, then when the prawns are cooked & vegetables are soft, turn the hob off
  7. Drain the noodles and tip into the sauce. Stir the noodles thoroughly so they are well mixed with the sauce
