How to Cook
-
Turn the hob on to a high temperature for the noodle water in a medium sized pot.
Bring the water to the boil, then turn the hob off -
Place the mesh basket in the water and tip the noodles in. Stir the noodles so they don’t stick together

Turn the hob on to a medium/high temperature for the sauce and pour the oil into a medium sized pot

Add the onions & garlic and stir quickly before adding the tofu

Stir quickly, then stir in the prawns & the sauce and turn the hob down to a medium temperature

Stir in the beansprouts and chives, then when the prawns are cooked & vegetables are soft, turn the hob off

Drain the noodles and tip into the sauce. Stir the noodles thoroughly so they are well mixed with the sauce
