How to Cook

Turn the hob on to a high temperature and pour the oil into a medium sized pot

Add the chicken & onions and quickly stir to brown all over

Next stir in the peppers & salt. Stir again to make sure everythinng is cooking, then turn the hob temperature up to the highest heat

Stir in the spring onions & mangetout, then lower the hob temperature to a medium heat

Add the sauce and stir to ensure everything is cooked and coated in the sauce.
