How to Cook

  1. Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour the oil into a medium sized pot
  2. Add onions & butter, season with salt & pepper and gently cook for a few minutes stirring intermittently
  3. Add ginger, garlic & chilli and gently cook for a few minutes stirring intermittently
  4. Tip the lamb mince & spices into the pot and turn the hob temperature up to high. Stir while frying to ensure the meat browns all over
  5. Stir the tomato & water mix into the pot and turn the hob down to a medium temperature
  6. Cook for around 17-18 minutes, stirring intermittently. If the sauce is simmering to fast, turn the heat down slightly
  7. When the sauce is thickened but not too dry, stir in the peas to finish. Switch the hob off and serve with rice or naan
